Dr. Haley Poisson is a Florida Native and grew up in Melbourne, Florida. She attended the University of Florida and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in food science and human nutrition and Bachelor of Music in clarinet performance in 2016. During her undergraduate years, Dr. Poisson was involved in various extracurricular activities including participating in the University of Florida Marching Band for 3 years and participating with the Alpha Eta Chapter of Kappa Kappa Psi, a co-educational music fraternity. After completing her undergraduate education, Dr. Poisson attended Boston University School of Dental Medicine where she obtained her degree as a Doctor of Dental Medicine in May of 2020.
Her areas of interest in dentistry include general restorative dentistry, oral surgery, and dental implants. Dr. Poisson is passionate about building meaningful, lasting relationships with her patients and team based on trust, communication, and the goal of achieving beautiful, healthy smiles.
Dr. Poisson lives in Morehead City with her husband, Jonathan, and their two pugs, Piper and Poutine. When Dr. Poisson is not in the dental office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and pugs, cheering on her Florida Gators, or trying new restaurants. Her other passions include cooking, baking, reading, and spending time with friends and family.
